Tell Your Story is a free service provided by JSA Nutrition LLC, doing business as Longevity Wellness (“Longevity Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Tell Your Story, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Purpose of Tell Your Story

Tell Your Story is designed to help users recall, organize, and preserve personal memories through a guided, AI-assisted interview experience.

The service is provided for personal and informational purposes only. It is not intended to provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, historical, genealogical, or other professional advice.

2. AI-Generated Content

Tell Your Story uses artificial intelligence to ask questions and help transform the information you provide into a written story.

Artificial intelligence can make mistakes, misunderstand information, omit details, or generate language that does not accurately reflect what you intended to say.

You are responsible for reviewing your completed story for accuracy before saving, sharing, publishing, or relying upon it. You should edit anything that does not accurately represent your memories or experiences.

3. Your Content

You are responsible for the information, memories, names, stories, and other content you submit.

Please use discretion when sharing sensitive or private information about yourself or other people. Do not submit information that you do not have the right to provide or that you would not be comfortable submitting through an online service.

You retain ownership of your original content and personal stories.

4. Saving Your Stories

Tell Your Story is intended to help you create a story, not to serve as permanent storage for your personal history.

You are responsible for saving your completed stories.

We recommend copying completed stories into your own document and maintaining your own backup, such as on your computer, external storage, or a trusted cloud-storage service.

Do not rely on Tell Your Story as the only copy of a story you wish to preserve.

5. Privacy

Your use of Tell Your Story may involve the processing of information you submit in order to provide the guided interview and generate your story.

Your use of the service is also subject to the applicable Longevity Wellness Privacy Policy.

Because personal stories can contain sensitive information about you or other people, please consider carefully what information you choose to submit.

6. No Guarantee

Tell Your Story is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be complete or accurate.

To the extent permitted by law, Longevity Wellness is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance upon AI-generated content, failure to save a story, interruption of the service, or a user's decision to share or publish information created through the service.

7. Appropriate Use

You may not use Tell Your Story to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of another person, impersonate another person, interfere with the operation or security of the service, or submit unlawful or malicious content.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Tell Your Story or update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
