Feeling Low? New Research Suggests Your Brain May Be Running Low on Something Too.

Depression and anxiety affect an estimated 40 million American adults. Most people manage it through therapy, medication, or simply pushing through. Very few people consider that their brain may literally be missing a physical building block it needs to function properly.
