The vanilla flavor is excellent. However, I cannot comment on any health progress which is the reason I purchased it, not for taste. I've only jad it for a short time. I do not like the strawberry, flavored one, however.

I love this! It's delicious. I got the Udi's 3-6-9 omega oil to put in it and I add some plain greek yogurt and whip it with my immersion blender. I had RNY gastric bypass surgery in 2008 and am post-menopausal so I have trouble getting enough nutrients from food. Sometimes I just don't feel like cooking or eating food, so this product fits the bill as a nutritionally complete meal.

The chocolate flavor was a hit! Blended with ice, it tasted just like a Wendy’s Frosty. We didn’t love the vanilla, but the chocolate is one we would come back to again.

My favorite flavor is the strawberry. I mixed it with milk and I liked the consistency. It wasn't too overpowering for a nutritional drink. It was easy to drink and I didn't have any bad aftertaste which is great. Overall it is a great product and I'd recommend it to a friend.

The chocolate powder is a great flavor and I liked pairing it with cold milk. The consistency is thick like a chocolate milk, it mixed well, and was easy to drink. I think it's a great and easy way to gain nutrition.
